Happy Valentine's Day  
Happy Valentine's Day!!!

The day seems to have disappeared for me and now I'm in Cook All The Things mode. I have appetizers and dessert and a main course to finish. AND I need to get back to the store since I forgot some CRUCIAL items on my list. *flails* I'm still behind from my unexpected hiatus and I know I have comments still to reply to (old ones even) and posts I've noted but not commented on (sorry!) and posts I want/need to make. However, I wanted to take a quick moment and give all of you reading this a big hug!

I made a seafood-based dinner with smoked fish empanadas and a spicy dipping sauce for the appetizer, lobster bisque and a pretty salad (with oranges and blueberries) for the main, and a malted milk chocolate tart for dessert. Dessert was completely awesome! My only issue was that I used a new recipe for chocolate tart dough and it bonded with the nonstick tart pan. Didn't stop us eating it though. :D
