Hey, we have a BLIZZARD on the way! This is the first major snowstorm in two years and apparently the weather decided to go big or go home. *g* The first flakes are coming down now and they are talking 18+ inches before it's over (that's 45+ cm for the rest of the world). If we don't lose power I'm going to enjoy this! I am not a big fan of cold but I do love a snowstorm. I'm going to make meatballs! (Start them now for tonight and we can eat them cold tomorrow too if we need to.) And I'm baking bread! And we'll have a fire! And I bought wine and snacks! It'll be good. :D
Needless to say, EVERYTHING is cancelled here. Jay's network changes have been cancelled since NO ONE is going into the office tonight or tomorrow. Chicklet school is cancelled. The governor wants us all OFF the roads. Except for the meteorologists of course! They are all standing in the weather won't sleep until tomorrow. Even if I wasn't happy about the snow (with fingers crossed we keep power), I would have to happy for them. They've been so depressed.
This will be one time it's GOOD to have a black dog. At least she'll be easy to find in the snow. Expect a few dog in snow photos when this is over.

I've caught up on Elementary so expect some flailing from me later about the past three episodes! I think the first (last Thursday's) was my favorite but the post-Super Bowl one had some VERY interesting Sherlock scenes digging into his psyche. Even the first scene *cough* ended up working into the plot.

Once Upon a Time is back this Sunday! \o/ I'm looking forward to it! Even if we're only getting two episodes in a row and then another week off I'll take what I can get. They were slow on the sneak peeks this week (I complain about the sheer number but I have come to expect them even if I only watch one or two most weeks) but now we have six. Yes, SIX. However, Five and Six interest me so once again I can't complain too much. Is the episode here yet? *taps foot*

Okay, off to make meatballs! The snow is already starting to accumulate a little though the flakes are still small. And Chicklet is painting and gluing things into a cool 3-D artwork at the kitchen island.
