I read a really wonderful article about Robert Carlyle recently which I wanted to share! It's an interview with both him and Marshall Lewy about California Solo. Robert talks about why he likes smaller films, the state of film versus tv, some of his thoughts on characterization in the film, his interest in doing a western, and a few oblique hints about the next few episodes of Once (basically just mentioning his reaction on reading the scripts).

It's Lady of the Lake so lots of Emma and Snow and Lancelot. I'm working on The Crocodile now. :)

thank you. i have another article with them. even wanted to post it in my lj... *confusedly* but was too lazy. so instead maybe i'll post their video. hm... or both. ;)

wow! robert intrigued me about 12, 13 episodes. if script so surprised him (because he was literally going "ah, o my god... no!"), what it will do to audience and to me personally? :) can't wait this!

Yes, I'm a little nervous about the next few episodes now! He did say we would feel sorry for him in the coming episodes and I guess that's good (since it's drama and you need some pain and they have to pull him down and make him work to be better and Robert is going to WORK it) but I may be hugging my pillow as I watch. *g*
